These terms and conditions govern your use of the games, applications, and website provided by Codes Clutch ("we," "our," or "us"). By installing, accessing, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. End-User License Agreement (EULA)

Codes Clutch grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable limited license to install and use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, hack, or modify the game client or server architecture.

2. Virtual Currency and Virtual Goods

Our games may include virtual currencies (e.g., coins, gems) or virtual goods (e.g., skins, weapons, loot boxes) that can be earned through gameplay or purchased with real-world money.

• You do not own virtual goods or currency; you only possess a limited license to use them within the game.
• Virtual goods have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
• All purchases of virtual currency and goods are final and non-refundable, subject to the refund policies of the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

3. Fair Play and Anti-Cheating

To maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for all players, you agree not to:

• Use third-party software, bots, hacks, mods, or aimbots to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploit bugs, glitches, or design flaws.
• Buy, sell, or trade game accounts or virtual currency outside of official channels.

Violation of these rules will result in immediate and permanent account suspension without prior notice or refund.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC) and Conduct

If our games allow you to chat, create custom levels, or upload avatars, you are solely responsible for that content. You must not submit content that is:

• Offensive, abusive, racist, sexist, or sexually explicit.
• Infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.
• Spam, unauthorized advertising, or phishing links.

We reserve the right to remove any UGC and terminate the accounts of offenders.

5. Health and Safety Warnings

Some individuals may experience epileptic seizures or blackouts when exposed to certain light patterns or flashing lights in video games. If you experience dizziness, altered vision, eye or muscle twitches, loss of awareness, disorientation, or any involuntary movement, immediately stop playing and consult a doctor.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our games and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Codes Clutch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services, including data loss or server downtime.

7. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our games after updates to the Terms signifies your acceptance of the revised rules.
